Trainer and Sales Representative

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to work as a Dermalogica Brand Coach. Our Brand Coaches help our Dermalogica skin centres to run successful, effective businesses through in-store training, events and promotional activity.
To succeed in this position you must have a passion for skin care, a strong business acumen with a commitment to achieve sales targets, the ability to lead and develop therapist teams, excellent communication skills and a high standard of grooming.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• achieving sales targets
• prospecting for new business
• coaching and training Dermalogica therapists
• implementing promotional events and product launches for Dermalogica
• aiding in stock control and merchandising for each Dermalogica customer
• delivering college training to our Dermalogica undergraduate partners
Requirements:
• beauty therapist qualification
• minimum 3 years industry experience
• proven experience meeting targets
• past experience in a sales representative/ trainer role desired but not essential

The role is Auckland based and involves travel around the North Island. The position reports directly in to the Sales Manager. Competitive remuneration package + company vehicle + bonuses.
