Prior to this she spent three years working for Dermalogica in the UK where she took part in a Fast-Track Management programme gaining experience in several departments. In June 2008 Natasha took on the role of General Manager to oversee the daily running of the business and to work alongside the Directors in providing strategic direction for the company. |

 | Mark Luty Sales & Marketing ManagerMark joined the team at Dermalogica in November 2009. His previous experience includes 12 years with Levi Strauss (NZ) Ltd in a National Sales Management role and 2 years as a Project Manager based in Singapore. Mark then returned to NZ to work with Shiseido (NZ) Ltd for 7 years as General Manager, Sales and Marketing. He then spent 2 years with Optical Holdings Ltd also as General Manager Sales and Marketing working with their 3 distribution company’s before joining us here at Dermalogica. |

After two years in the office the opportunity was offered to Sarah to join the Sales Department.  | Angie Montgomery Dermalogica Brand ManagerAngie joined the Dermalogica team in 2003, and has been in her role as the Dermalogica Brand Manager since 2008. Her role involves implementing new ideas and marketing strategies into the NZ market. Angie feels extremely lucky to be working with a brand she has true passion for and enjoys watching the brand evolve as new ingredients, technology and concepts are developed. |

In 2007 Lara completed a degree in Marketing and International Business at the University of Auckland, and joined Dermalogica as the Assistant Manager for the Dermalogica Flagship Store in Albany in October 2007. Lara went on to join the Dermalogica marketing team in June 2008. |

In 2004 Anna moved to London and worked for Dermalogica’s UK corporate office for 4 1⁄2 years, soon becoming the Marketing Manager for the UK and Ireland. Anna’s current role in New Zealand involves development of all our digital media and websites as well as managing the Clean Start brand. |
