Natasha Gee
General Manager

Natasha has been working for Dermalogica in New Zealand since January 2007. Prior to this she spent three years working for Dermalogica in the UK where she took part in a Fast-Track Management programme gaining experience in several departments. In June 2008 Natasha took on the role of General Manager to oversee the daily running of the business and to work alongside the Directors in providing strategic direction for the company.

Mark Luty
Sales & Marketing Manager

Mark joined the team at Dermalogica in November 2009. His previous experience includes 12 years with Levi Strauss (NZ) Ltd in a National Sales Management role and 2 years as a Project Manager based in Singapore. Mark then returned to NZ to work with Shiseido (NZ) Ltd for 7 years as General Manager, Sales and Marketing. He then spent 2 years with Optical Holdings Ltd also as General Manager Sales and Marketing working with their 3 distribution company’s before joining us here at Dermalogica.

Heidi Rickman
Business Consultant - covering Auckland/Taranaki/Manawatu/Hawkes Bay

After 10 years working as a Business Consultant in the industry Heidi joined the Dermalogica team in March 2010. Heidi’s role involves travelling around Auckland and the central North Island to visit Dermalogica Skin Centres. As a qualified Skin Therapist she understands that the training and support she provides is essential.

Ashika Anand
Business Consultant -
covering Auckland/Northland/Waikato/Bay of Plenty

Ashika has been working in the skincare and cosmetics industry for the last 10 years, and  loves it! She has also trained as a make up artist and has always had a passion for skincare. She is very excited to be a part of the Dermalogica tribe and is very proud to represent us!

Gilly Barker
Business Consultant -
covering the lower North Island and the South Island

Gilly is an ITEC, NASA & CIBTEC qualified professional therapist with 18 years experience in the beauty industry, with 10 of those years as a business owner, she understands the level of commitment that is required to stay at the top in this competitive industry. Since joining the Dermalogica team 12 months ago, she has been involved in exciting changes for both Dermalogica and for the industry. Her love for this industry stems from the personal connections she gets to make each day with her clients.

Angie Montgomery
Dermalogica Marketing Manager

Angie joined the Dermalogica team in 2003, and has been in her role as the Dermalogica Marketing Manager since 2008. Her role involves implementing new ideas and marketing strategies into the NZ market. Angie feels extremely lucky to be working with a brand she has true passion for and enjoys watching the brand evolve as new ingredients, technology and concepts are developed.

Sarah Grey
Marketing Co-Ordinator

Sarah joined Dermalogica in July 2011, her main focus is to offer support and co-ordinate Dermalogica’s marketing activities. Sarah is originally from South Africa, moving over to New Zealand in 2009. Sarah is very excited to be part of Dermalogica and is looking forward to learning and growing with the Dermalogica team. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Marketing.

Andrea Read
Graphic Designer / Web Creative

Andrea joined Dermalogica in June 2011. The key responsibilities of her role is to develop and maintain a professional visual identity and communications for the company, by providing creative graphic design and marketing solutions. Prior to joining Dermalogica, Andrea has worked in graphic design and marketing roles in New Zealand and the UK. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (major Graphic Design) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business (major Marketing).

Caroline Parker
Head of Education

Caroline started working for Dermalogica New Zealand in 1999 when the company first relocated to Auckland. Caroline is the Head of Education for Dermalogica NZ which involves developing the training curriculum here in NZ and hands-on education of our Dermalogica Skin Therapists. She relishes the challenge and excitement that each working day brings and feels privileged to be part of a team of dedicated professionals.

Leanne McCliskie
Retail Training Manager

Leanne comes to us from the corporate head quarters of Dermalogica in Los Angeles. In her previous position she worked closely with the Dermalogica distributor partners by overseeing the growth and development of Latin America and the Caribbean region. Over the past 14 years her global experience in the industry has led her to work within USA, UK and Canada. Leanne has also appeared on television and in print as an unbiased authority on skin care. In New Zealand her focus will be with our retail partners nationwide providing training programs, coaching sessions and elements for all members of their teams to ensure their continued success with Dermalogica.

Pam McDonald
Training Specialist and Brand Coach

Pam is an IHBC, CIDESCO qualified beauty therapist and has spent over 11 years working in the beauty industry. Pam first gained experience in beauty salons and spas in NZ. Her passion for training and the beauty industry lead Pam to travel to London and Vancouver where she has spent the last 7 years working within resort spas and as a beauty therapy college tutor, all roles she thoroughly enjoyed. Pam is very excited to join us here at Dermalogica as Training Specialist and Brand Coach.  Pam is thrilled to be working within such a great team and is looking forward to sharing her knowledge about a brand she loves.

Maree Herman
Education Registrar

Offering over 300 classes in one year, Maree’s Education Registrar role involves the all-important co-ordination and administration needed to make these classes happen. Maree has been with Dermalogica since 2009 and has extensive administration experience spanning over 23 years.

Dale Stott
Operations Manager

Dale has been working for Dermalogica since 2005 as the Operations Manager. Within Dale’s role she takes care of distribution and finance.Prior to joining Dermalogica, Dale has worked in various accounting and administration roles as well as a trainer for an accounting software firm.

 

 

Cassie Morris
Office Administrator


Cassie is our office administrator and takes care of all customer relations. With over 4 years with the company, her aim is to deliver friendly and efficient customer service and ensure the smooth running of day to day office administration requirements.

Hester Lovell
Operations Assistant

Before joining Dermalogica in 2003, Hester worked as a hotel tour co-ordinator and concierge at the Stamford Plaza Hotel in Auckland city. Hester's duties at Dermalogica include warehousing, making deliveries and filing.

Peter Vinall
Warehouse Controller

Peter has been working as a warehouse controller for Dermalogica since February 2007 and he has more than 25 years experience in the warehousing industry. Peter's duties as a Warehouse Controller include picking, packing and dispatching orders.
