 | Natasha Gee Managing DirectorNatasha has been working for Dermalogica in New Zealand since January 2007. Prior to this she spent three years working for Dermalogica in the UK where she took part in a Fast-Track Management programme gaining experience in several departments. In June 2008 Natasha took on the role of Managing Director to oversee the daily running of the business and to work alongside the other Directors in providing strategic direction for the company. |

 | Leanne McCliskie Sales ManagerLeanne comes to us from the corporate head quarters of Dermalogica in Los Angeles. In her previous position she worked closely with the Dermalogica distributor partners by overseeing the growth and development of Latin America and the Caribbean region. Over the past 14 years her global experience in the industry has led her to work within USA, UK and Canada. Leanne has also appeared on television and in print as an unbiased authority on skin care. In New Zealand her focus will be with our partners nationwide providing training programs, coaching sessions and elements for all members of their teams to ensure their continued success with Dermalogica. |
 | Hayley Potter Brand Coach - Covering the lower | central North Island Hayley is a CIDESCO qualified Skin Therapist who worked with Dermalogica in a Wellington Skin Centre, earning herself the Dermalogica “Skin Specialist” status. She has worked previously in a Sales and Education role for large skin care and makeup brands in the Lower North Island. Hayley has had an enormous passion for Dermalogica since the start of her career in the beauty industry and had great success in the past with eventing and promoting which she looks forward to bringing into her new role. She is based in Wellington and will look after the lower | central North Island. |
 | Beth Reynolds Brand Coach - Covering the lower South Island With a pharmacy and cosmetic counter background combined with a love of Dermalogica products, she was inspired to pursue her career as a Skin Therapist and gained CIDESCO and CIBTAC qualifications. She has also received extensive training at the International Dermal Institute in the UK, and obtained the Dermalogica ‘Skin Expert’ status. Beth has spent the last 3 years working for Dermalogica in London, as Lead Therapist in their flagship stores gaining more experience with our brand. Originally from Ashburton, Beth has now returned home and brings her knowledge and passion to this position of Brand Coach. She will be based in Christchurch and look after the lower South Island. |

 | Angie Montgomery Dermalogica Marketing ManagerAngie joined the Dermalogica team in 2003, and has been in her role as the Dermalogica Marketing Manager since 2008. Her role involves implementing new ideas and marketing strategies into the NZ market. Angie feels extremely lucky to be working with a brand she has true passion for and enjoys watching the brand evolve as new ingredients, technology and concepts are developed. |
 | Sarah Grey Marketing Co-OrdinatorSarah joined Dermalogica in July 2011, her main focus is to offer support and co-ordinate Dermalogica’s marketing activities. Sarah is very excited to be part of Dermalogica and is looking forward to learning and growing with the Dermalogica team. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Marketing. |
 | Cassie Morris AdministratorCassie is our our marketing Administrator, with over 4 years with the company. Her aim is to ensure the smooth running of day to day marketing and website administration requirements. |
 | Andrea Read Graphic Designer / Web CreativeAndrea joined Dermalogica in June 2011. The key responsibilities of her role is to develop and maintain a professional visual identity and communications for the company, by providing creative graphic design and marketing solutions. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (major Graphic Design) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business (major Marketing). |

 | Caroline Parker Head of EducationCaroline started working for Dermalogica New Zealand in 1999 when the company first relocated to Auckland. Caroline is the Head of Education for Dermalogica NZ which involves developing the training curriculum here in NZ and hands-on education of our Dermalogica Skin Therapists. She relishes the challenge and excitement that each working day brings and feels privileged to be part of a team of dedicated professionals. |

 | Dale Stott Operations ManagerDale has been working for Dermalogica since 2005 as the Operations Manager. Within Dale’s role she takes care of distribution and finance. Prior to joining Dermalogica, Dale has worked in various accounting and administration roles as well as a trainer for an accounting software firm. |
 | Maree Herman AdministratorMaree provides additional phone support for our accounts here at the Dermalogica Head Office as well as fulfilling her administrative role. Maree has been with Dermalogica since 2009 and has extensive experience in customer service. |
 | Hester Lovell Warehouse AdminHester joined us in 2003, duties at Dermalogica include warehousing, making deliveries and filing. Prior to us, Hester worked as a hotel tour co-ordinator and concierge at the Stamford Plaza Hotel in Auckland city. |
