returns and refunds

We are so confident that Dermalogica will improve the health of your skin that if for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with the product or results, we will give you a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We want to put it right through a replacement or refund.

Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Contact us on 0800 4 DERMAL or email info@dermalogica.co.nz
- We'll arrange a courier to come and collect the item at your earliest convenience
- Download and complete a Product Returns Form
- Re-package the item in it's original packaging (remember to include the completed Product Returns Form)
- Call 0800COURIER and get a courier driver to come and collect your item or drop it off at your local post shop
