Begin by lightly lathering Skin Resurfacing Cleanser in hands. Apply to face and throat, massaging with light, upward strokes for at least 30 seconds, avoiding the eye area. Rinse thoroughly.
Apply MultiVitamin Thermafoliant to damp skin in circular motions for 1 - 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Apply 2 -3 times a week.
Next, spritz Antioxidant HydraMist directly on to face and neck with eyes closed. Use morning and night or throughout the day as a refreshing spritz.
Dispense a small amount of MAP-15 Regenerator onto fingertip and gently pat directly on areas where signs of aging are prominent.
Or, mix MAP-15 Regenerator™ with Dynamic Skin Recovery SPF30 and apply to face and throat for all over firming and daylight defense.
Apply MultiVitamin Power Firm around the eyes to help firm while smoothing fine lines.
Last, apply Renewal Lip Complex to lips for long-lasting conditioning. Use twice a day or whenever lips need a conditioning boost.

I am 36 years old and have probably spent hundreds on all these over the counter products that advise they will work wonders.....And they didn't. But as we all know we believe the next product will be the one. I brought the starter AGE Smart kit, so if it was like other products and did not work I would not have spent more money on rubbish....
BUT....much to my surprise the products were amazing, i am now a dermalogica fan and have even gone as far as getting my daughter on the Clean Start for teens range.. LOVE IT :) (Posted on 29/01/11)
