  • How soon will I start seeing results from using Dermalogica products?

  • What are the long-term benefits of using Dermalogica products?

  • Why doesn't Dermalogica formulate make-up or hair products?

    Actually, we do, just from a skin health perspective! Dermalogica's number one focus is the health of skin – and we believe that taking good care of skin is just as important to your daily routine as brushing your teeth! We also know when skin is healthy, it looks its best.

    With that in mind, Dermalogica has created products to meet the needs of those who want skin and hair care products that function first and foremost for the health of skin.

    Our Sheer Tint SPF20 is what we like to call your last step in skin care and your first step in make-up! It's lightweight, oil-free, water-based, and moisturises, provides antioxidant defense, and helps condition skin while functioning as a tint. Natural color pigments, not artificial colours, provide flawless light coverage.

    And from our Body Therapy line of products are Daily Cleansing Shampoo and Daily Conditioning Rinse two gentle, daily use, therapeutic products for hair and scalp health. Daily Cleansing Shampoo is a nourishing, sulfate-free shampoo that delivers healthy, shiny hair while Daily Conditioning Rinse is a moisturising, strengthening formula that conditions compromised cuticles and intensifies shine without adding extra weight.

  • What is the Dermalogica Loyalty Programme?

    The Dermalogica Loyalty Programme has been designed to reward our loyal Dermalogica users. It is available for all Dermalogica consumers that shop online at dermalogica.co.nz and is also available in selected Dermalogica Skin Centres (ask in your preferred Skin Centre to see whether they offer the loyalty programme). This programme allows you to earn points for purchases that you can use to redeem rewards.

  • Who is eligible to join?

    All Dermalogica customers in NZ may be a part of the loyalty programme!

  • What does it cost?

    It costs nothing to be a part of the loyalty programme.

  • How do I earn points?

    Each time you purchase online at dermalogica.co.nz, you accumulate points. 1 point per $1 spent. You can also earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, and writing a review. To see all the ways you can earn points click the *Earn Points* tab in the menu.

  • How do I view my point balance?

    To view your points balance simply click the loyalty tab in the bottom right corner of your screen.

  • How do I redeem my points?

    Select the tab called *Redeem Points*. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward. Once you click ‘redeem’ you will be given a promotional code to use at checkout.

  • Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

    No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!

  • What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

    * **Approved:** These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
    * **Pending:** These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to referrals.
    * **Cancelled:** These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

  • What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?

    Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

  • Why did my account balance go down?

    You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase. Or some of your points expired.

  • I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

    It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

  • Can I use my points during checkout?

    Not directly - please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.

  • How do I leave the program?

    If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

  • What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

    Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
