with a partner. Use light, gentle touch as you work your way through these movements. We recommend performing each step 3×.
- Neck: Turning head to side, start behind the ear and work down towards the clavicle, using pinching movements to relieve tension at the back of the neck.
- Jaw: Starting at the centre of the chin and working back towards the ear, make circles with pinched fingers.
- Cheeks: Using alternate hand placed over head, start at apple of the cheekbone. Hold fingers under cheekbone to lift cheek, walking fingers back towards ear.
- Brows: Starting at the beginning of the eyebrow, work towards the end of the eyebrow by pinching, lifting, and circling skin.
- Forehead: Starting at the beginning of the eyebrow, use non-dominant index finger to press and lift, sliding upward while the other hand’s index finger follows behind with muscle vibration movements. Repeat at centre and end of the eyebrow.
