1. Eligibility:
- The loyalty program is open to all registered users of Dermalogica New Zealand who make eligible purchases. By participating in the loyalty program, users agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Earning Points:
- Participants earn one loyalty point for every dollar spent on eligible purchases. Points are calculated based on the total purchase amount after any discounts, excluding taxes and shipping fees.
3. Account Activation:
- Users are automatically enrolled in the loyalty program upon creating an account at www.dermalogica.co.nz. If you already have an account, you are already a member.
4. Points Expiry:
- Loyalty points are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of acquisition. Points not redeemed within this timeframe will expire and be removed from the user's account.
5. Redemption:
- Users can redeem accumulated points for products or rewards listed in the loyalty program Rewards Boutique. The availability of products or rewards are subject to change, and Dermalogica New Zealand reserves the right to modify the Rewards Boutique options at any time.
6. Product Restrictions:
- Some products may have restrictions on availability, quantity, or other terms. Dermalogica New Zealand reserves the right to impose limitations on the redemption of specific products.
7. Non-Transferability:
- Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be combined or merged between accounts. Points are tied to the account of the purchasing user and may not be shared or gifted to others.
8. Returns and Refunds:
- If a user returns a product for which loyalty points were earned, the corresponding points will be deducted from the user's account. In the case of a refund, the total points earned for the returned product will be deducted.
9. Exclusions:
- Points are not earned on purchases of taxes, shipping fees, or any other excluded items as determined by Dermalogica New Zealand.
10. Program Changes:
- Dermalogica New Zealand reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time. Changes may include adjustments to the points-earning structure, redemption values, and the catalog of available products.
11. Abuse and Fraud:
- Any abuse or fraudulent activity related to the loyalty program, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, will result in the immediate termination of the user's participation in the program.
12. Governing Law:
-These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the loyalty program shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Act 1996 of New Zealand. The arbitration proceedings shall take place in Auckland, New Zealand. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
