Education is a fundamental right for all people but it is not always equally accessible. 45% of high poverty schools in the US receive less state and local funding.

Our mission is to bridge the gap in education by providing resources to girls in underserved communities and inspiring young womxn to explore different career paths through professional mentorship. When a girl is educated she dreams bigger, is more confident and able to maximize her full potential.

Adopt a Classroom is a national, award-winning nonprofit that provides the most flexible and accountable funding for K-12 teachers and schools throughout the U.S. Its fundraising platform gives every child the tools they deserve to succeed in school.

We are partnering with Adopt A Classroom to donate funds for essential supplies that will help students stay connected to the classroom during times of virtual learning. Our donation directly impacts over 700 students attending a low-income school near our headquarters.

Dermalogica will match every dollar donated to double our impact and reach more students and classrooms in need.

Step up supports girls of color in underserved communities to develop the skills, relationships, and access needed to graduate high school confident, career-focused, and ready to join the next generation of womxn leaders.

We are partnering with Step Up to connect girls with professionals through one-on-one mentorship and monthly workshops. We strive to inspire teens to explore various career paths and focus on their academic future so they can maximize their potential.

Beauty Changes Lives is a nonprofit driven to make the beauty profession a first-choice career. With a mission to elevate, educate and empower, Beauty Changes Lives is uniting the industry and building awareness of the extraordinary career opportunities in the beauty, wellness, and massage therapy industries.
