These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the subscription service ("Service") provided by Dermalogica New Zealand ("Company") for the delivery of skincare products to customers ("Subscriber" or "You"). By subscribing to the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
Subscription Terms
By subscribing to the Service, You agree to receive periodic shipments of skincare products according to the subscription plan You selected.
The subscription will automatically renew according to the selected frequency (e.g., every 2 months, every 3 months etc.) unless You cancel or modify Your subscription before the renewal date.
You acknowledge and agree that your subscription is continuous, and You authorise the Company to charge the payment method provided by You for each renewal period until You cancel the subscription.
Billing and Payments
By subscribing to the Service, You agree to pay for the subscription associated with the selected subscription plan.
The subscription will be charged to the payment method provided by You upon subscription and will recur automatically at the beginning of each renewal period.
You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information You provide is accurate and up-to-date. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or cancellation of Your subscription.
The Company reserves the right to change the subscription at any time. Any changes in the subscription will apply to subsequent renewal periods.
Shipping and Delivery
The Company will ship the skincare products to the address provided by You during the subscription process.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of the products. However, delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond the Company's control.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. The Company will not be liable for any delays or failures in delivery due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by You.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel Your subscription at any time by accessing Your account on the Company's website or by contacting customer support.
Cancellations made before the next renewal date will prevent the automatic renewal of Your subscription. However, You will still receive any products for which You have already been charged.
The Company does not offer refunds for subscriptions that already paid, except as required by law.
Product Returns and Exchanges
The Company will accept returns or exchanges of skincare products only in accordance with its return policy, which can be found here
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page on www.dermalogica.co.nz
It is Your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Zealand.
By subscribing to the Service, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You do not agree to these Terms, do not subscribe to the Service.
