To safely and effectively use the cups at home:
Prep your skin:
Double cleanse
Tone
Apply serum and moisturiser
Cupping technique:
Forehead: Place the cup above the brow, squeeze to create suction, and glide toward the hairline. Repeat 3x each side.
Cheeks: Place under the cheekbone, squeeze, and glide toward the ear. Repeat 3x each side.
Jawline: Start at the chin, squeeze, and glide along the jawbone. Repeat 3x each side.
Aftercare:
Clean the cups with a gentle cleanser like Dermalogica’s Special Cleansing Gel.
Use 2–3 times per week.
Always keep the cup moving to avoid bruising.
Avoid using over active breakouts or irritated skin.
